I grew up with salty skin, sandy feet, and a deep love for the sea.
The ocean isn’t just where I’m from — it’s part of who I am.

I’ve always felt most alive outside — in the sunshine, breathing fresh air, and living simply. That love for nature and wellness has shaped not just my lifestyle, but my career and purpose.

I’m a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience, a Team Trainer at Whole Foods Market in the Wellness Department, and certified as a:
